Free expedited shipping on orders above $25.
Orders ship out the next business day. Typically, standard shipping orders arrive within 5 business days, and expedited orders arrive within 2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Please contact us if you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), and provide the order number and issues regarding the order. We will work to fix the issue immediately once the details are confirmed.
- Returns must be started within 30 days from the shipped date and require Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the the order contained a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like-new condition.
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
